  It was very busy and the staff where clearly stressed, it wasn't helped by the fact that one of the girls working there was so incredibly rude to the rest of the staff. She was due to start at 12 but had to start early, I only knew this because she kept complaining that she had to start early to help everyone else out - I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was. She was also kicking off that they had run out of bananas and rudely shouted at on her team members' the customers will just have to wait then'. There was also a young girl on the tills who was clearly new and unsure of what she was going, instead of helping her she would snap at her and talk down to her. I suggest you train your staff better, or hire people who aren't going to act so unprofessional.

  Not very relaxing couldn't find anywhere to sit and when we found somewhere to sit it was crammed in too close to the other people and their conversations which gave me a headache
