Customer service is bad - the employees can be often found chatting in groups of 4 or 5, leaving customers on their own. When approached, they clearly don’t like to be disturbed when chatting about girls or Facebook. When approached, I felt they don’t like to be disturbed when they talk. It’s rude. One of them, possibly a team leader showed me a direction where are things I was looking for so they could carry on talking. I will try my luck to get advice and some better customer service in John Lewis.
