Some examples: Selling me a £30 lock for £5 when the first one fell out of the holder. Not the slightest quibble for twice exchanging faulty lights. Allowing a test ride in the car park to decide on frame size. Replacing the entire transmission as a free warranty repair, where others would have charged as 'wear and tear'. Never being to busy to assist. Picking up the phone promptly! I recommend.
