    Store was very clean & well stocked. Didn't smell as strongly as other Hollister stores (no overwhelming perfume smell here), lighting was pretty good and staff was very friendly. I was easily able to find what I was looking for.

    My Partner returned a faulty coat she bought for me in Reading to the Southampton store but she was confronted by a child who had the customer service skills of a newt! She was questioned as if it was her fault the item was faulty even though it was only bought 2 days ago. Avoid!
