  Booked a party for my 10 year old, and trying to call them!!!!! They never answer what have I done giving them £120 + the money we are actually going to spend in this Sunday!!!!! Its utterly ridiculous! I'm going to have to go all the way to Southampton now from chandlers Ford just to confirm it all!!! Never again

  The fitting room women who was working on Friday 2nd of June was extremely rude. I appreciate it was busy and working in retail I can understand the frustration of how busy/ messy the fitting room was. However the fact that they were in a mess was not my issue. I would never dream to speak to anyone the way she spoke to us. I am so disappointed I will never be returning to new look southampton.
