  Purchased a training ball and was overcharged double the price. Queried the price and was told this was bulk price. Checked on website and this was not the case. Returned to the shop to request a refund. No apology for their mistake and told to purchase from the website in future. I did recieve the refund but what a hassle. Won't be using this shop again. I would like to add to your response recently, the website does not state anywhere that the price for these training balls are the Bulk Price, so how are you supposed to know that!! I did question the price at the time. Also this doesn't excuse the poor customer service, "use the web next time" and no apology!!
