They sent me the wrong item and I had to pay for the recorded delivery return postage. Their website says "if we make a mistake of any kind, we will refund you the return postage costs ... up to the amount that the package would cost if sent Royal Mail Recorded". I did that and they refused to refund me the return postage cost. So I paid £3.90 for the pleasure of getting nothing from this company. Eventually had to get the money back from Paypal. I suggest you shop somewhere less dodgy.
