  After sending me a drive belt a month after i paid for it, they sent the wrong size and the staff there avoided giving me measurements no matter how many times i asked. after i eventually got the measurements it proved i was right so they the lied to me some more to fob me off .... what an awful company !!! Screw fix have just very nicely given me a new item which measured up to prove again that solent had sent me the wrong size. I rang solent to explain this and received another load of lies and excuses instead of a simple apology. What rude arrogant people they have working for them!!

  Easy and efficient service! The Gentleman on the phone knew exactly what he was talking about and I am so happy to find the spares for my B&Q machine! Been dealing with them for 4 years now and always Impressed!
