  Customer service non existent!! Coffee came 20 minutes after food and had a hair stuck along the top of the cup. I requested a refund and then was told no further drink would be made I would have to repay for it!!! Seriously a £2.50 cup of coffee over the reputation. When asked how much longer my coffee would be they still refused to make another one considering we had a table of six and spent over £50 on ice cream! Shocking! Will not be going back or recommending would love to meet the owner. Manager Karina needs to be demoted to cleaner of cups.
